Lusine started her journey as an educator after getting her Master of Education degree in Teaching English and French in her home country Armenia. With a strong passion to empower youth through learning and excellence she soon paved her way to the two most renowned US universities for graduate and post-graduate studies - the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and Harvard Business School, Executive Education. Along the way she was privileged to learn from the most prominent faculty and join the brightest international cohorts of future leaders.

Lusine continued her professional career as an educator, joining the faculty of the Political Science and International Relations Department of the American University of Armenia and later the Centre for European Studies at Yerevan State University. She introduced the Harvard Negotiation Program to more than 500 local and international students, designed and delivered graduate level courses, served on faculty boards, developed new academic programs and curriculum. In parallel to academic practices, she had a dynamic career in public and non-profit sectors, volunteered on boards of universities and schools, and led one of the biggest philanthropic family foundations in Armenia promoting their mission "to support sustainable development through education".

She is a proud mom of three daughters, who has learnt to educate not only through theories but through professional and personal life journeys. Her goal is to find the right fit between the child and the school and help students thrive.
